Touraj Zare, the chairman board of directors, said that Tash mine is one of the only resources of alumina powder in Iran.
“Jajarm Alumina Company does not face any problem in terms of mineral supply (bauxite) inside Iran, and the problem it faces is the quality. This has caused Jajarm Alumina Company to import raw materials in order to supply them,” mentioning the need for the extraction from Taash mine.
