“Human resource development includes individual, collective and business knowledge dimensions that is one of the essentials,” Tayebnia added.
“In the past, as a national treasure, Mobarakeh Steel was able to fulfil its duties during tough conditions like War. However currently, at the height of sanctions and economic pressure, we must move towards an oil-free economy,” he explained.
