Ataollah Maroufkhani, CEO of Hormozgan Steel Company believes that no business is going to succeed without customer satisfaction therefore the company’s strategy is to keep the satisfaction, innovation and creativity.
“Customer satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the success or failure of any business. Customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction have a direct impact on the profitability and growth of the business, and if we want to achieve our goal, we must always be one step ahead of the customers' mental image,” said Maroufkhani.
He also said that providing good quality services can capture the hearts of customers and differentiate the company's brand from others.
“Research shows that the cost of acquiring a new customer is several times higher than the cost of retaining a customer. This is why we do our best to keep a loyal customer and take special measures to get customer satisfaction in the best possible way,” he added.
