Mining News Pro - The first unit of Gol Gohar Energy, a subsidiary of Gol Gohar Mining and Industrial Company, is on the verge of opening.
According to Mining News Pro - This gas power plant has been built and completed in line with Article (4) of the Law on Removing Obstacles from the Electricity Industry of the Country and the Memorandum of Understanding of the Ministries of Security and Energy and under the guidance of IMIDRO. According to that legal article and memorandum of understanding, it is stipulated that 10,000 megawatts of new power plant capacity will be built for the use of industries and mines.
Now the first unit of Gehar Energy power plant with a production capacity of 183 megawatts is ready to be launched.
According to the visit of Manijhe Gholamrezaei, the infrastructure manager of IMIDRO, to the above project, the second unit of this power plant will be launched by the end of the spring of the new year (1403).
The total investment in this power plant will reach 240 million euros.
