Mobarakeh Steel producing with more than 100% nominal power in casting machines

Kamran Moradi, continuous casting manager of Mobarakeh Steel Company said that the company's casting machines are one of the departments that played a role in the records of 1401 and April 1402 in the best possible way.

“This unit was able to increase the productivity and monthly production of machines 2 and 5 to its highest level since the beginning of operation and set a new record,” Moradi added.

He considered relying on the knowledge and experience of the employees, careful planning and reducing the emergency stops as the most important reasons for achieving this success.

“The number of castings during April of this year increased to 1022 castings with a tonnage of 188,000 tons of metal in Machine No. 2, and to 1012 castings equivalent to 186,000 tons of metal in Machine No. 5,” he explained.

Moradi said that the annual capacity of each machine is 1.8 million tons per year.
