“By holding a conference in various cities of the country, this factory has introduced its portfolio of construction products to the target community and especially to the country's engineering system organization, but there is still a lot of work in this sector than the standard products of this factory in different structures of the country.” He continued.

“In this company, the design of the production process of hot-rolled building sections is carried out by expert and experienced experts using modern software, and each section with any required mechanical properties can be produced in Zob Ahan Isfahan company.” He said.

“Zob Ahan Isfahan is the only producer of wide wing beam known as IPB in the country and it can be supplied to the market in accordance with the needs of the construction industry, including in steel grades st44, st37 and st52, and suggested the designers and workers of the steel structures industry in order to reduce the finished price. Replace st37 steel with higher strength steels.” Shirin Parvar mentioned.

In this regard, he emphasized: In order to use steels with higher strength in steel structures, it is necessary for the experts of this industry, in addition to culture, to review related designs or requirements.

Director of Research and Development of Zob Ahan Isfahan said: Among other special steels produced in Zob Ahan Isfahan is rail steel, which is rolled and supplied in accordance with the world standards and based on ingots produced by the same factory in accordance with the latest technologies and is now in Metro and other transportation axes of the country are used. Currently, more than seven hundred and fifty kilometers of the country's railway lines are installed and operating using this national production rail.

Shirin Pervar stated: Considering that the national standards of Iran in relation to the technical specifications of hot-rolled steel sections are derived from European standards and do not fully cover the seismic design needs of the country; The research and development management of Zob Ahan is ready to implement new and safe approaches in the construction industry based on the needs of the day based on the arrangement of a contract with the research center of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development as well as the technical faculty of the University of Tehran.

He added: Every year, about two and a half million tons of baskets of construction products are produced in Zob Ahan Isfahan, which can easily cover the needs of the National Housing Movement.

It is worth mentioning that at the suggestion of Hamed Ziyai, the head of the Iran Steel Manufacturers and Exporters Association and with the support of the Steel Structures Association of the country and the Zob Ahan Isfahan, it was decided to draw up a cooperation agreement between the parties in order to plan for the production of sections needed in the construction industry. In this way, the steel sections required by the construction industry can be designed and produced.
