According to Mining News Pro - Chief executive of Sabanour Mining Company announced that in order to develop the company, the company intends to produce 5 million tons of concentrate and 5 million tons of pellet in the west of Iran.
“According to our strategic plan and the help of the holding, we plan to produce 5 million tons of concentrate and 5 million tons of pellet in the west of Iran. In addition, according to the plan, we plan to produce 8 million tons of granulated iron ore per year. We are serious about developing the concentrate and pellet production,” said Mohammad Kalantari, CEO of Sabanour Mining Company.
“Over the past four years, concentrate production in Sabanour has increased from 700,000 tons to 1.4 million tons. In addition, pellet unit started is work 4 years ago and is working with full capacity at the moment,” he added.
