Mining News Pro - CEO of National Iranian Copper Industries Company announced that last month, they sold $201.6 million of their products.
According to Mining News Pro - Ardeshir SadMohammadi, CEO of National Iranian Copper Industries Company said that including their last month sales, the company succeeded to sell $1.3 billion of their products.
“Despite the fact that US sanctions are strengthening every day and the global copper price fell by $400 compared to the last year, by accurate planning we succeeded to reach our goal this year,” he said.
He mentioned the 6% growth in sales during the last month of this year compared to the same period last year. Also, by comparing the 10-months sales rates of this year to last year, NICICO had 163 percent growth.
“Currently we are not having a problem selling our products and we can even sell surplus domestic demand even under tough sanctions. So we need to increase our production opportunities as quickly as possible in line with global demand growth patterns over the next 4 years,” SadMohammadi emphasized.
