Mining News -The Canadian Zinc Cop. is set up to fund the project for the zinc-lead-silver project
Feasibility studies for this project have been published in September 2017, and this will create a 15-year special project.
The Canadian company is planning to set up a separate company called NorZinc Ltd and all the assets of Prairie Creek will be held by subsidiary.
Managers want to hold their general meeting and special annual meeting on June 27th
If subscribed, shareholders will swap their stock for NoirZince shares one by one, and then Noir Zince trades in the TSX under the symbol CZN.
The project will increase production capacity to 1,200 tons, which will result in a 25 percent increase in production.
