Mining News Agency -According to the statistics from Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX), Brazil exported around 25.9 million tons of iron ore in April, up by 7.61% compared to last April. The export value was around US$1.5 billion, down by 8.46% from last April.
Mining News -Besides, the exports of Brazilian steel plate totaled around 173,000 tons in April, a year-on-year decrease of 7.86%. The export value was around US$136 million, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%.
As for the semi-finished steel products, the exports totaled around 719,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 48.8%. The export value was around US$390 million, a year-on-year increase of 84%.
