Mining News Pro - CEO of IDRO said in the International Exhibition of Rail Transport that producing domestic rail was a dream that came true.
According to Mining News Pro - Mohsen Salehinia said in the International Exhibition of Rail Transport that producing domestic rail was a dream that came true by the efforts of Esfahan Steel Company.
“The self-sufficiency in producing this high added-value product is a great progress for Iran’s economy,” he said.
“Ministry of roads and urban development as well as deputy minister of construction efficiently supported the production of steel rails and the supports continues. Also, we used to import steel ingots for the rail but Esfahan Steel Co. also covered this area,” he added.
“ESCO used to own the iron ore supply chain but unfortunately this chain was broken and reaching the full production capacity is not possible now,” Salehinia said.
