In line with social responsibility and strengthening the economic foundation of low-income families, Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company has succeeded in employing 1,387 capable people but lacking capital in the past 19 months by implementing 1,074 self-employment and entrepreneurship projects in order to create small and home-based businesses.

It should be mentioned that with the support of Chadormello, 546 billion Rials of low-interest bank facilities have been allocated to create employment for those who qualify for this project in Ardakan city, and 87% of the recipients of the facilities are women.
