According to Ali Amraei, CEO of Sangan Mining Complex the production of iron ore pellet reached from 3.3 million tons in 2020 to more than 4 million tons in 2021.

“Without the gas and power restrictions, which had a remarkable effect on production, the company was able to produce over five million tons of iron ore pellets,” he added.

“Sangan Khorasan Steel Company with a daily production of more than 18 thousand tons in the last days of the year 1400 (Persian calander) and 470 thousand tons in the last month of the year set a new record in the monthly production of pellets,” he explained.
