According to Mining News Pro - During the 11 months of this year, MSC succeeded to produce 6,341,000 tons of crude steel and reach the highest crude steel production in the history of the company.

“The highest production record was established 3 years ago but this year, despite US sanctions and the spread of coronavirus, we achieved a new record,” said Abbas Akbari, deputy of operation in Mobarakeh Steel Company.

“By the end of this year, this increase in production is expected to jump to more than half a million tons that we planned,” he added.

Also, Gholamreza Salimi, manager of steelmaking and casting in MSC believes that the factors like comprehensive CEO’s support, timely and effective management of all types of metallic charging furnaces, minimizing the downtime due to shortage of raw materials, and reducing the repair time were the effective factors for achieving this success.
