According to Mining News Pro - “After mass production of slabs with of 300 mm of thickness, the slab preparation unit set a new record for the transfer of slabs from external warehouses to hot rolling,” said Mohsen Ahmadi, the manager of slab production.
“The staff have successfully transported 452 slabs (tonnage of 8300 tons) and 437 slabs (tonnage of 7120 tons) from warehouse to hot rolling section in just one day,” he explained.
