According to Mining News Pro - CEO of Jajarm Alumina Complex said that the private sector now supplies 5 percent of the bauxite needed for the complex, which will double by the end of this year.

“The purchase of bauxite required by Iran Alumina Complex for the production of alumina powder from the private sector has been going on for years, and now 5 companies in different provinces supply part of Iran's alumina bauxite,” said Touraj Zare, CEO of Jajarm Alumina Complex.

Bauxite storage for the next 30 years
The consumption of bauxite as the mineral raw material of this complex is one million tons per year, and according to the discovered mines, the factory has a reserve of this mineral raw material for another 30 years.
