According to Mining News Pro - Following the negative consequences of power outages for the steel industry, Iman Atighi, CEO of GolGohar Company referred to the imposition of serious damage to these units and the inability of contractors to provide fixed costs.
“A reduction of between 10 and 90 percent in electricity consumption has caused serious and great damage to the equipment as well as the sub-industries of Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company,” he added.
Atighi also says that the power outage also caused a reduction in company’s revenue.
“This issue is a serious obstacle for our company,” he emphasized.
