According to Mining News Pro - Hamidreza Azimian, CEO of Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC) said: “From the first day of my management, I insisted on human resource which is a very precious capital for us.”
“Last year, Mobarakeh Steel Group (including MSC, HOSCO and Saba Steel) produced 9.2 Mt tons of crude steel while the plan was to produce 4.3 Mt in the first six months, the group produced 4728000 tons of crude steel,” he mentioned.
“In the first half of this year, domestic sales have reached 3.1 million tons and export sales are 753 thousand tons. While last year, the domestic and export sales in the same period was respectively 2.9Mt and 664 thousand tons. It is obvious that we had a remarkable growth,” he added.
CEO of MSC also mentioned the quality improvement of their products: “In the first six months our product’s quality has improved.”
Azimian believes that behind every threat there are many opportunities and MSC company is trying its best to keep the industry alive.
The company succeeded to localize the parts and technologies and now must take a serious step to solve the raw material problem.
“The company is able to create between 7 to 8 thousand job opportunities in the next three years by increasing the efficiency, production increment and production boom,” he emphasized. “We are happy for having such a great team spirit and human resource and we are sure that we reach more success.”
