Mining News Pro - One million and 800 thousand tons of iron ore were allocated to Esfahan Steel Company.
According to Mining News Pro - Gholamreza Soleimani, CEO of Sadr Holding visited the ESCo production line mentioned that this company is working hard to reach the production of four million cast iron.
“Today, the main problem of this company is raw material supply especially coke and iron ore and by removing the obstacles in order to develop the production of the country, 1.8 million tons of iron ore has been allocated to Esfahan Steel Company” said Soleimani.
He mentioned the production of national rail and said: “Today, by producing more than 400 thousand tons of different types of rails in with international standards, the company has prevented the country from importing this important product.”
“The increase in cast iron production, reduction of final price, coke and natural gas imports are the main effects of PCI project implementation that will be inaugurated soon” he said.
