ESCO’s Target Is the Full Expansion of Railroad Transportation in Iran

The meeting was held on June 9 this year with the presence of both Esfahan Steel Company’s managers and The Headquarter Railways of The Islamic Republic of Iran’s (RAI) deputies.

Mohammad Siavashi (Iran’s head of railway engineering), Seyed Reza Sadat Hoseini (General Manager at ESCO), Mohammad Jafari Salehi (ESCO’s purchase deputy), Behzad Karami (sales Deputy), and Hosein Sadeghi (raw material manager) was present in this meeting which was for facilitating the targets of two organizations.

In this meeting, decisions were taken in order to make the most capacity of the railway fleet in order to transport raw materials and products, and arrangements.

Also, both sides emphasized this cooperation and it was decided to increase the share of mining raw material and product traffic in the rail fleet.
