Mining News Pro - “Value of Impasco Mining Resources are $5.73 billion. The value of explored mining resources are about 2.18 million tons which includes poly metal, iron ore, coal and brines,” said CEO of Impasco.
According to Mining News Pro - Vajihollah Jafari mentioned that exploration is the first priority of Impasco. So far, 27,317 square kilometers of exploration operations have been completed.
“We are now working on 36.5 thousand square kilometers of exploration areas and we had improvements.”
“This year, we received the exploration certificate of 44,556 square kilometers of exploration area in Isfahan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Hormozgan, Sistan Balouchestan, Ghazvin, Gilan, Fars, North and South of Khorasan,” he said.
He mentioned the exploration operations of Impasco this year and said: “Since 2013, we have received 46 exploration certificates.
“21 exploration zones covering an area of 3158 square kilometers gave over to the private investor to complete the exploration process.”
