Cooperation and synergy in national, regional and international programs and taking advantage of opportunities and the university’s position in educational, research and technology and private sectors, support for the promotion of human resources, the invitation of prominent international professors and the completion of the demand chain in exploration, extraction and processing are other purposes of this memorandum.
